This railway line was of “strategic importance” for the Russians, as it ensured a constant supply of troops to the front.
Representatives of the Ukrainian underground disrupted the work of a railway line important for the logistics of the Russian army in the Kursk region. The Atesh guerrilla movement reported this on Telegram on Monday, September 30.
“Our agents blew up a relay cabinet on one of the main railway lines where the Russian Armed Forces were delivering equipment and ammunition to the Kursk section of the front,” the message said.
It was noted that this railway line was of “strategic importance” for the Russians, as it ensured a constant supply of troops to the front. Disruption of this line undermines logistical support and complicates the transportation of vital military equipment.
“As long as the Russian Armed Forces continue to feel safe, we continue to strike their vital infrastructure,” Atesh added.
Let’s recall that earlier the partisans sabotaged the railway line connecting Rostov-on-Don to Mariupol via Berdyansk. It is a key logistics route for the Russian Armed Forces in southern Ukraine.
The partisans spoke about the significant losses of the Russian Marines in the Kursk region
