The Sumy Regional Prosecutor’s Office reports on its Facebook page that the attacks on the medical facility took place around 07.35 and 08.25. At the time of the explosions, there were 86 patients in the hospital, including 15 people with limited mobility and 38 employees of the institution.
A pre-trial investigation is being conducted into violations of the laws and customs of war coupled with premeditated murder (Part 2 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code).
