The first results are already felt: this week there were one and a half times less attacks than last week.
The destruction of several Russian ammunition depots will begin to affect the front in October. This was announced by the Deputy Commander of Estonian Intelligence, Lieutenant Colonel Janek Kesselmann, at a press conference on Friday, September 27, ERR reports.
According to him, a noticeable decrease in the intensity of observed attacks by Russian troops has already been observed: if last week there was an average of 226 attacks per day, then this week there was an average which is 155.
“This is not yet the result of Ukraine’s deep operation, which was carried out last week, that is, the destruction of warehouses, the impact of this event may occur within two to three weeks,” said the deputy head of intelligence center. .
“Since the Russian Federation has lost a large amount of its front-line ammunition, it will probably have to prioritize its actions in the coming months,” Kesselmann said, adding that at this point it is doubtful that the military of Russia will have the resources for a further counter-offensive in the Kursk region.
Earlier, Estonian intelligence calculated that due to the attack on a military warehouse in the city of Toropets, Tver Region, Russia lost its ammunition supply designed for two to three months.
Let’s recall that on September 18, a fire broke out in Toropka, Tver region of Russia, amid a drone attack. The Center for Countering Disinformation reported that during a nighttime drone attack in Toropets, a warehouse where missiles, including Iskander and North Korean KN23, were stored, was hit.
