Now Ukraine is preparing for the Ramstein meeting at the leader level, which was called by US President Joe Biden.
President Vladimir Zelensky presented a plan for success in the United States, and now at the group level the Ukrainian side will work to fill each step. The head of state said this in an evening video message on Friday, September 27.
“The plan for victory was presented to America, and we explained every point. Now at the level of our teams we will try to fill every step, every decision we make. A strong position for Ukraine means of a faster world. Everything important for Ukraine is on the table with partners, everything is considered: scope, defense package, sanctions against Russia, measures regarding Russian assets.
Zelensky added that Ukraine is now preparing for a Ramstein-format meeting at the leader level, convened by US President Joe Biden – where, together with its partners, it will go through the contents of the plan’s points of success.
The president noted that the plan for victory was presented to both presidential candidates – Kamala Harris and Donald Trump: “It is important for Ukraine that America understands Ukraine directly. That is exactly the case.”
Zelensky added that Ukraine has new reconstruction agreements – the G7 +, more than 30 countries have joined and the European Union.
“This is an analogue of our security format: there is a G7 security declaration, and on the basis of it we have made security agreements – of which there are 26 – that strengthen us while we are not yet in NATO And now there will be bilateral documents countries on reconstruction, regarding clear steps for each country,” said the president.
However, the most important thing, according to the head of state, is the front: “We did everything in our power, from Ukraine, to strengthen ourselves as much as possible,” Zelensky emphasized.
We remind you that today Zelensky met with Trump in New York and presented a plan for victory. Trump said he favors a “just” peace for Ukraine.
