The aggressor country Russia has placed an additional launch vehicle on combat duty in the Black Sea.
As of the morning of September 27, there are three enemy warships in the Black Sea. Two of them are rocket carriers. The day before, only one Russian launch vehicle was detected. The naval forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported this on Telegram.
The military clarified that in the event of a missile attack, this enemy naval group can launch up to eight Caliber cruise missiles.
No Russian ships are observed in the Sea of Azov, but in the Mediterranean Sea there is a Russian launch vehicle with a total salvo of up to 16 Calibers.
The Navy also reported that during the day, in the interests of the aggressor country, the following passed through the Kerch Strait:
- to the Black Sea – six ships, four of them continued moving towards the Bosphorus Strait,
- to the Sea of Azov – two ships, one of them was moving from the Bosporus Strait.
The military noted that traditionally, occupiers continue to violate the International Convention for the Safety of Life at Sea 1974 (SOLAS) because they disable automatic identification systems (AIS).
Let us recall that in July the Ukrainian Naval Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine stated that the Russian occupiers were building unified launchers for the Caliber and Onyx missiles.
