Criminal proceedings were initiated on the beating of a serviceman at a training ground in the Kirovograd region. The State Bureau of Investigation reported this on September 26.
It was learned that on September 17, during the fire training classes, there was a conflict between the instructor and one of the cadets. As a result of the dispute, the officer beat the serviceman with the butt of the machine gun. The cadet was hospitalized with injuries.
The pre-trial investigation is ongoing.
