During the night incidents, two fighter jets were patrolling the airspace in the southeastern part of Belarus.
On the night of September 26, the airspace of Belarus was violated by at least four suicide bomber drones. Belarusski Gayun reported it.
It was noted that the first drone crossed the border with Belarus at approximately 00:13 near the village of Lyubech, but returned to Ukrainian territory 30 minutes later. The following suicide attacks were recorded in Belarus at 02:29, 03:05 and 03:52.
One of the drones flew into Belarusian airspace not from Ukraine, but from Russia, and was moving in the direction of Gomel. Nothing is known about his further fate.
Reportedly, during the night incidents, two fighters were patrolling the sky in the south-eastern part of Belarus: the first took off from the Baranovichi airfield at about 00:30, the second at 02:50.

This is not the first time Russian attack drones have flown over Belarus during an attack on Ukraine. Belarusian aviation had previously destroyed several suicide bombers.
