The SBU and the National Police detained three criminals who, on orders from Russia, set fire to vehicles of the Defense Forces. Their “undamaged” vehicles were undergoing maintenance after completing combat missions.
An 18-year-old student who set fire to a military SUV using a flammable mixture was detained in Cherkassy. He sent a video report to his Russian supervisor, but did not receive a “reward.” He faces up to 8 years in prison.
Two more criminals who acted on orders from Russian special services and set fire to cars have been detained in Ternopil. They could also face up to 8 years in prison.
Another car burned on September 22 in a courtyard on Bazhan Avenue in Kyiv.
