Pope Francis canceled all audiences planned for Monday due to poor health. Vatican News reported this on Monday, September 23.

“In view of the upcoming trip, the audiences scheduled for today have been canceled because of the Pope’s mild cold,” the pontiff’s office said in a statement.

The 87-year-old pontiff is scheduled to travel to Belgium and Luxembourg on September 26-29.
