A cooperation agreement was formed between the Zaporozhye regional administration and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, which provides for cooperation between government agencies, scientific institutions, civil society organizations and business. This was reported on September 23 on the website of the President of Ukraine.
The document was signed in the presence of Vladimir Zelensky by the head of the military administration of the Zaporozhye region, Ivan Fedorov, and the governor of Pennsylvania (USA), Josh Shapiro.

It was noted that more than 150 thousand Ukrainians and Americans of Ukrainian origin live in the state of Pennsylvania.
In general, five agreements have been concluded between Ukrainian regions and American states – between the Kyiv region with the states of Washington and Utah, between the Zhytomyr region and the state of Indiana, between of the Chernigov region and the state of Minnesota.
