The Ukrainian Defense Forces have resumed their positions near the village of Zheleznyanskoye in the Bakhmut district of the Donetsk region and have advanced near the village of Kamyshevka in the Kursk region, analysts from the Ukrainian project DeepState report.
However, the enemy advanced near Kruglyakovka, Kleshchievka, Krasnogorovka, Ostrogo, in Nevsky, Severny, Toretsk, Georgievka and Maksimilianka.
Ukrainian war correspondent Bogdan Miroshnikov reported that the enemy is currently concentrating special attention on advancing to Tsukurino and Lisovka.
In the first case, this is Selidov’s flank; in the second, it is an opportunity to get as close as possible to Pokrovsk and enter the operational space between Pokrovsk and Mirnograd.
In both cases, the occupiers have successes, but overall our soldiers manage to control the situation and prevent a breakthrough of the defense and a violation of its stability.
So far the only question is about the Selidovskaya mine, where the enemy has made progress and is now trying to capture the waste heap.
The enemy continues to advance in Gornyak, but the pace is not as fast as it was in Ukrainskiy, and especially in Novogrodovka. Our soldiers are giving a worthy rebuff, have consolidated themselves at certain lines and are giving the occupiers a good beating. In the Ugledar direction, the situation is approaching critical. After capturing most of the territory of the Yuzhnodonbasskaya #3 mine, the enemy is expectedly trying to bypass our further positions with a common vector at Bogoyavleniya. Heavy fighting is also continuing in the direction of Zolotaya Niva, the enemy does not refuse to go into mechanized assaults (banzai attacks), followed by meat waves. Sooner or later, the occupier will most likely be able to reach both Bogoyavlenka and Novoukrainka with Shakhtarskiy, after which the fate of Ugledar will actually be decided, unfortunately. The forces are too unequal, – Miroshnikov wrote.
The General Staff assessed the situation at the front as complicated. The enemy, using its advantage in manpower and equipment, constantly attacks our positions. Over the past 24 hours, 163 combat clashes have been recorded.
In the Liman direction, the enemy attacked 28 times. In the Kramatorsk direction, the occupiers attacked 11 times in the areas of Kalinovka, Maiskoye, Andreyevka and Belaya Gora.
In the Toretsk direction, the enemy, with the support of aviation, carried out 12 attacks near Nelipovka, Toretskaya and Shcherbinovka.
In the Pokrovsk direction, our defenders stopped 28 assault and offensive actions of the aggressor in the direction of the settlements of Vozdvizhenka, Novotoretsk, Krasny Yar, Novogrodovka, Selidovo, Marinovka and Mikhaylovka. The greatest concentration of enemy attacks was near Selidovo.
In the Kurakhovsky direction, the Defense Forces repelled 25 attacks.
