In addition to the new Shahed-136B with a range of more than 4,000 kilometers, Tehran boasts a new ballistic missile with a range of 1,000 kilometers.
Iran, in a military parade on Saturday, September 21, presented a new ballistic missile and an upgraded Shahed-136B attack drone. This was reported by Iran’s state agency IRNA.
It is noted that the Jihad solid-fuel missile has a flight range of 1,000 km.
Iran’s state agency also reported that the Shahed-136B drone is an upgraded version of the Shahed-136 with new features and a flight range of more than 4,000 kilometers.
The weapon was displayed in a parade in Tehran to commemorate the start of the 1980-88 Iran-Iraq War.
Let’s recall that in early September it was reported that Iran had sent short-range ballistic missiles to Russia. However, the media has now learned that, when the missiles were transferred, Iran did not send the launchers to them.
