    Russian dictator Vladimir Putin has issued a decree providing social guarantees for those Russians who move to the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine – the captured areas of Donbass, Luhansk, Zaporozhye, Kherson and Crimea.

    .

    Payments are promised, first of all, to those “seconded” specialists who will bring their entire family with them. This was reported today, September 21, on the website of the Center for National Resistance.

    The funds are considerable – from three to five million Russian rubles, the Central Nervous System notes.

    It is noted that the most in demand for occupation administrations are:

    • workers who can set up lines/positions and transport goods;
    • builders for the “restoration” of infrastructure facilities in Ukrainian cities destroyed by Russian troops.

    In addition, in the TOT, the Russians still cannot complete the formation of their occupation administrations.

    Now the occupiers are looking for traitors to work in the administrations and other fake structures, the Central Nervous System adds and calls for reporting such apostates to a specially created anonymous chat bot to help liberate Ukrainian land from terrorists.
