Intelligence: UAVs blow up Russia’s 2-month supply of ammunition

In Russian Toropets, about 750 thousand shells with a total weight of 30 thousand tons were destroyed.

Due to a strike by Ukrainian drones on a military warehouse in the Tver region, Russia lost a supply of ammunition designed for two to three months. This was announced by the head of the intelligence center of the Estonian Defense Forces, Colonel Ants Kiviselg at the weekly press conference of the Ministry of Defense, reports ERR.

According to him, about 750 thousand bullets with a total weight of 30 thousand tons were destroyed in the city of Toropets. On average, Russia spends about 10 thousand bullets weekly, Kiviselg said: “This is a reserve for two to three months in the coming weeks we will see the consequences of these losses on the front.”

We remind you that on September 18, a fire broke out in Toropets, Tver region of Russia, amid a drone attack. Local residents noticed that an ammunition warehouse, where missiles for BM-21 Grad, 82-mm mines, and cartridges were stored, was attacked.

Subsequently, the Center for Countering Disinformation reported that during a nighttime drone attack on Toropets, a warehouse was hit where missiles were stored, including Iskander and North Korean KN23.

It was also reported that today 18 earthquakes were recorded in the Tver region.
