On the night of Saturday, September 21, another fire broke out at an ammunition depot in Russia’s Tver region. This time, 23 arsenals of the Main Missile and Artillery Directorate of the Russian Ministry of Defense (GRAU) were attacked, reports the ASTRA Telegram channel.
It was noted that local authorities announced an alarm due to the UAV attack, and soon local residents heard explosions and saw fire.
“According to ASTRA, the 23rd GRAU arsenal was attacked by drones in the village of Oktyabrsky, Tver Region,” the message said.
Local governor Igor Rudenya said the UAVs were allegedly shot down in the southwest of the Tver region. Emergency services specialists are on site.
Oktyabrsky is located less than 20 km from Toropets, where recently there was also a large-scale fire with an explosion at the 107th GRAU arsenal.

Later, the Center for Countering Disinformation reported that during a nighttime drone attack on Toropets, a warehouse where missiles, including Iskander and North Korean KN23, were stored, was hit. It was also reported that today 18 earthquakes were recorded in the Tver region.
According to Estonian intelligence, that night, Ukrainian UAVs destroyed Russia’s two-month supply of ammunition.
