From September 23, it is planned to replace the asphalt pavement inside the Korcheva checkpoint at the entrance to Poland.
Starting Monday, September 23, repairs will begin at the Polish Korchowa checkpoint, which may complicate traffic leaving Ukraine. The press service of the State Border Guard Service reported this on Friday, September 20.
“According to the information from the Polish side, from September 23 it is planned to replace the asphalt inside the Korcheva checkpoint in the direction of entry into Poland at the cargo vehicle registration area. This may lead to more difficult traffic and more long waiting time,” said the message.
The initial renovation will continue until early November.
The State Border Guard Service asks citizens, if possible, to choose other border crossing checkpoints.
We remind you that at the Hungarian border at the Chop-Zahony checkpoint, traffic movement in the direction of the exit from Ukraine will be slightly limited for two weeks.
In the Volyn region, repairs began at the Ustilug-Zosin checkpoint at the entry point to Ukraine. They last until November 30th.
