For the first time in Ukraine, a centralized exchange of summonses took place in electronic form.
From all the TCCs, summonses signed with the electronic signatures of their superiors were automatically received on the Ukrposhta servers, Ukrainian Military Pages reports, citing representatives of the Command of the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
In total, Ukrposhta received about six thousand summonses for military personnel to the TCC.
The summonses were generated by the Register of Persons Liable for Military Service and signed with electronic signatures of the heads of territorial recruitment centers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, as evidenced by a special QR code, were printed by Ukrposhta and are sent to the home addresses of persons liable for military service by recommended postal items.
You have 14 days to appear at the TCC.
The summons is considered to have been served in the event of:
- receipt of a postal item by a person;
- refusal to receive mail;
- absence of a person at the address of residence notified by this person to the TCC when clarifying his/her registration data;
- absence of a person at the address of the declared/registered place of residence, if this person has not notified the TCC of another address of residence.
In case of failure to appear in response to a summons, administrative liability is provided, and violators will be forcibly delivered to the TCC by the police based on appeals from the relevant TCCs, in the manner specified in Articles 259, 261 and 262 of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offences.
If it is impossible to deliver violators to the TCC, they will be deprived of the right to drive vehicles through the courts to fulfill or revoke the requirements of the territorial recruitment centers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
