In Romania, an unidentified person threw a gasoline bomb at the entrance of the parliament, causing a fire. This was reported by Digi24 on Tuesday, September 17.
About 300 people were evacuated after the incident, but the man managed to escape and is now wanted by the police. Law enforcement officers were able to establish his identity several hours later.
The incident occurred after lunch at the entrance for guests to the Chamber of Deputies. An unknown person poured gasoline there and started a fire.

Bucharest police reported that “following a spontaneous conflict, a male visitor threw a petrol bomb” and a fire broke out in the visitors’ hall.
The investigation is currently underway.
