Russian troops shelled the Konstantinovskaya settlement in the Donetsk region for the second time today. Enemy artillery hits Verolubovka. This was announced by the head of the OBA Vadim Filashkin on Thursday, September 12.
“Another blow to the community of Konstantinovskaya – 3 people died and 2 were injured in Verolubovka,” said Filashkin.
