Tehran “has not transferred” ballistic missiles, and the restrictions from Washington only aggravate the problem and do not offer a solution, the head of the Iranian Foreign Ministry said.
Iran denies transferring ballistic missiles to Russia and says sanctions imposed by the United States do not solve the problem, but only exacerbate it. This is what Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi said on X (Twitter).
“Once again, the US and the EU have acted, succumbing to false conclusions and false conclusions,” the Iranian official said.
According to him, Tehran allegedly did not transfer ballistic missiles to Moscow, the official added that American sanctions do not solve the problem, but, on the contrary, make it worse.
“Those who cannot imagine life without sanctions should ask themselves this simple question: how can Iran produce complex weapons and sell, as they think, these cannot be solved by sanctions, but it complicates it,” Araghchi said.
As you know, on September 6, The Wall Street Journal reported that Iran sent short-range ballistic missiles to Russia.
