The President of Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky heard reports from intelligence agencies – the Main Intelligence Directorate and the Foreign Intelligence Service. Commander-in-Chief Alexander Syrsky also reported to the president about the situation in the Pokrovsky and Kurakhovsky directions. Zelensky announced this in a speech on the evening of September 10.
