A letter was sent to Kharkov OTCC and SP to clarify the actual circumstances of the additional assessment.
Human Rights Ombudsman Dmitry Lubinets responded to a video published on social networks in which TCC and SP employees allegedly beat a man in Kharkov.
“In Kharkov, TCC and SP employees probably beat a man,” the ombudsman wrote on Telegram.
According to him, in order to confirm or refute the information disseminated in the media, his representative in the Kharkov region Oksana Chervyakova sent a letter to the Kharkov OTCC and SP to clarify the true events for further assessment.
“I would like to note that such cases require an impartial and swift investigation. In a country fighting for its independence, everything must be in accordance with the law, and if there are violations of human rights, appropriate reaction and responsibility . necessary,” said Lubinets.
We remind you that in the Transcarpathian region an investigation has begun into the circumstances of the death of a serviceman of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, who lost consciousness on the way to the training center.
Earlier, Verkhovna Rada Commissioner for Human Rights Dmitry Lubinets appealed to the Prosecutor General with a request to investigate the beating and death of a man in the regional TCC and SP in Transcarpathia.
The Transcarpathian regional TCC and joint venture announced that the death of a mobilized person in the Transcarpathian region was due to illness and was unrelated to his alleged beating at the territorial recruitment center.
