Ukrainian rescuers blew themselves up in a Russian minivan in Donetsk region.
Three rescuers from Kharkiv region, involved in extinguishing a large forest fire, were injured. The fire truck they were working on exploded on an enemy explosive device. The emergency workers were hospitalized. The State Emergency Service reported this on Telegram on September 6.
The State Emergency Service added that the incident occurred on the evening of September 5 in the village of Krymki in the Kramatorsk district.
Let us recall that on September 5, in the Dnipropetrovsk region, employees of the State Emergency Service came under repeated Russian shelling. A fire broke out at a critical infrastructure facility, and upon the rescuers’ arrival at the scene, the enemy launched a second attack. As a result of the shelling, a fire and rescue vehicle was destroyed and one of the firefighters was injured.
