Zelensky will meet with Scholz in Germany

The German government confirmed Zelensky’s visit to Frankfurt am Main on Friday, September 6.

On Friday, September 6, Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky will meet with German Chancellor Olaf Scholz in Frankfurt am Main. This was said by a representative of the German government, Tagesschau reports.

“The Federal Chancellor will meet with the Ukrainian President on Friday afternoon in Frankfurt am Main,” a government spokesman said.

According to him, the meeting will be held in a tete-a-tete format.

We remind you that tomorrow a meeting of the Contact Group on the Defense of Ukraine will take place near Frankfurt.

Zelensky will reportedly attend the Ramstein meeting. The President of Ukraine plans to appeal to Western partners with a request to provide long-range missiles and air defense.
