Electricity consumption remains high due to heat in the eastern and southern regions.
On Tuesday morning, new power outages were recorded in seven regions of Ukraine due to shelling and technical reasons. We are talking about 545 settlements, Ukrenergo reported on September 3.
“Due to the conflict, there are new blackouts in Donetsk, Dnepropetrovsk, Zaporozhye, Kharkov, Sumy, and Kherson regions… For technical reasons, there are no electricity consumers in the Lviv region,” the message said.
However, electricity consumption remains high due to heat in the eastern and southern regions.
Today, Ukraine imports electricity from Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Hungary and Moldova with a total volume of 13,256 MWh, with a peak power of up to 905 MW in individual hours.
The export is not in progress and is not expected.
Earlier on Tuesday, Ukrenergo changed the power outage schedules in the regions. However, they stayed around the clock.
