On September 1, 91 combat clashes took place on the front in Ukraine.
A third of all combat clashes were recorded in the Pokrovsk direction. Today, the occupiers have already made 34 attempts to break through the positions of the Ukrainian Armed Forces in the areas of Vozdvizhenka, Zelenoye Pole, Kalinovoye, Grodovka, Novogrodovka, Karlovka, Marinovka and Mykhailivka. The defenders repelled 27 enemy attacks, and seven more battles are ongoing. This is stated in the construction of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
Ten attacks each occurred in the Limansky and Toretsky directions. The enemy is actively using attack aircraft. The enemy tried to advance five times each in the Vremevsky and Seversky directions.
The enemy tried to advance four times in the Kupyansk, Kharkov and Kramatorsk directions. In the Dnieper direction, the Russians unsuccessfully tried to attack the Ukrainian defenders once.
In the Kurakhovsky direction near Krasnogorovka, fighting continues, the Ukrainian Armed Forces are repelling three attacks. And near Konstantinovka and Georgievka, Ukrainian defenders repelled 11 enemy attacks.
Let us recall that on August 31, in the Kursk region of Russia, a military column of the occupiers was utterly defeated. The occupiers reported the loss of an engineering structure and two groups of engineering equipment. The Russian pontoon crossing over the Seim River was also damaged.
