Yesterday, August 31, at about 10:45 p.m., Russian invaders launched a missile attack on Kharkov.
From the debris seized at the scene of the incident, it was preliminarily established that the strike was carried out by a Grom-E1 missile launched from the village of Berezovo in the Belgorod region, the press service of the Kharkov regional prosecutor’s office reported.
It is noted that the missile hit the roadway near a multi-story building in the Slobodsky district of Kharkov. As a result:
- A 13-year-old girl and two women, aged 24 and 20, suffered from acute stress reactions;
- A 26-year-old man was injured;
- Buildings of a civilian enterprise and more than 25 vehicles were damaged.
A pre-trial investigation has been initiated into the violation of the laws and customs of war (Part 1 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code).
