An entire family was killed in a Russian strike on Izmailovka in Donetsk region.
Today, August 28, the aggressor country’s aviation dropped an air bomb on this village, which hit the private sector, hitting the building. An entire family died under the rubble of the house – 45 and 53-year-old parents, as well as their 17-year-old son and 24-year-old daughter. Their bodies were freed from under the remains of the house by rescuers. The Prosecutor General’s Office reported this on Telegram.
It is preliminarily known that the enemy used a guided aerial bomb. Law enforcement officers have launched a pre-trial investigation into a criminal case on the fact of violation of the laws and customs of war – Part 2 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
It is noted that prosecutors are taking all possible and appropriate measures to document war crimes committed by the occupiers.
Let us recall that on August 28, the occupiers struck the city of Izyum in the Kharkiv region with a Tornado multiple launch rocket system. Houses and a bakery were damaged. As a result of the shelling, 12 people were injured, including five children.
