Polish citizen Monika Andrushevskaya was injured as a result of a Russian missile attack on Kramatorsk in the Donetsk region on Sunday night, August 25. The hotel was targeted by the Russians. This was reported by the Polish media Polsat News.
The head of the Donetsk OVA, Vadim Filashkin, said that three people were injured as a result of the Russian strike – journalists, citizens of Ukraine, USA and Great Britain.
The media reported that Polish journalist Monika Andruszewska, who was covering Russia’s war against Ukraine, was injured as a result of shelling.
He was driving a car near the place where the missile strike happened.
“My first personal blood, spilled for Ukraine – only on Independence Day after 10 years of war was by my side… You will only go around the city to try to kill you,” he wrote in he social networks.
He also posted a photo of his damaged car.
