PT-91Twardy tanks, transferred to Ukraine by Poland, are now fighting in the Kursk region. Polish President Andrzej Duda announced this on Saturday, August 24, at a press conference in Kyiv.
Duda emphasized that Poland is watching with emotion how Ukraine uses the assistance they provide to achieve victory on the battlefield.
“We are watching with emotion how the PT-91 Twardy tanks that we provided on the battlefield are defending Ukraine, fighting in the Kursk region, where Ukraine is showing that it has strength and can counter -attack when it shows that war cannot go unpunished,” said the president Poland.
