Local authorities said the drones were shot down, but the falling debris caused “an explosion of explosives.”
In the Voronezh region of the Russian Federation on the night of Saturday, August 24, a fire broke out in an ammunition depot as a result of a drone attack. This was reported by Russian Telegram channels and Ukrainian monitoring channels.
Interestingly, local authorities insisted that the UAVs were shot down, but that falling debris resulted in the “explosion of explosive objects.”
The Ukrainian monitoring channel monitor reports that the attack took place in the Ostrogozhsky district of the Voronezh region.
We remind you that on July 22, a ferry in the port of Kavkaz was attacked in the Krasnodar Territory. Later, it was found that it was a train ferry with tanks, which sank quickly after the explosion. On Russian public pages they wrote that the ship was apparently hit by a Ukrainian Neptune missile.
