On August 22, Ukrainian aviation attacked a Russian platoon stronghold in the Kursk region, using high-precision American GBU-39 bombs. This was announced by the commander of the Air Force of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, Nikolai Oleshchuk.

As you know, GBU-39 or GLSDB is an American guided precision bomb. It was given to Ukrainian defenders as part of military aid.
The mass of the aerial bomb is 130 kg, the maximum radius of action is 110 kilometers, the accuracy of the hit is from 5 to 8 meters.
We remind you that the head of diplomacy of the European Union, Josep Borrell, said that the removal of restrictions for Ukraine on the use of Western weapons will help peace efforts.
