In Kharkov, a 52-year-old man was detained for drunkenly threatening passers-by and firing a gun. This was reported to the GUNP in the Kharkov region.
It was mentioned that on the street the man found fault with the passers-by, was offended and threatened physical harm. He then took out his gun and fired in their direction. No one was hurt.
