Ukrainian military destroyed a Russian pontoon crossing built by enemies in the Kursk region.

    .

This pontoon bridge, which was built across the Seim River between the villages of Zvanie and Glushkovo, has already disappeared. Smoke is rising near the place where the crossing was, probably from an explosion. Radio Liberty reported this on August 20.

Earlier, the outbreak near the crossing was noticed by NASA’s FIRMS satellites, which record fires on the earth’s surface.

Another pontoon bridge, built east of the village of Glushkovo, in the photo from August 19, is still functioning.

Earlier, satellite images of two pontoon crossings appeared online that the Russians could have built across the Seim River in the Kursk region, where the Ukrainian Armed Forces destroyed two stationary bridges.

Let us recall that on August 16, the Ukrainian Armed Forces destroyed a bridge across the Seim River near the village of Glushkovo in the Kursk region. Ukrainian aviation destroyed another bridge in the Kursk region on August 18.

These bridges connected a section of about 700 km from the rest of the Kursk region. They were used to supply ammunition to Russian troops. At present, this territory is effectively cut off and will most likely be occupied by the Ukrainian army in the near future.
