A Russian agent was exposed by the Ukrainian special service in the Odessa region.
Thus, a 39-year-old paramedic of the emergency medical station worked for the enemy. The Russians paid attention to him because he published anti-Ukrainian comments in pro-Russian Telegram channels. The attacker was recruited by the Federal Security Service of the Russian Federation. The press center of the Security Service of Russia reported this on Telegram.
It turned out that this agent collected information about the location of personnel and ships of the State Border Service’s maritime guard, as well as about the air defense positions protecting the southern region. He collected this data during trips along the coastal zone, including during ambulance calls. He recorded all the places of interest to the enemy on Google maps and transmitted them to the Russians in the form of screenshots.
The Russian agent has already been detained. Two mobile phones were found on him, which were used to contact the FSB. The offender has already been informed of suspicion of high treason committed under martial law – Part 2 of Article 111 of the Criminal Code. He faces life imprisonment with confiscation of property.
Let us recall that the Security Service of Ukraine detained a Russian agent who spied on Ukrainian military personnel in the Vinnytsia region. The offender was reconnoitering the locations of Ukrainian Armed Forces training centers, the arsenals of the Ukrainian army, and the main logistics routes for transporting ammunition to the front lines.
