The people’s representative is suspected of illegally detaining a former soldier of the Kraken unit in Dnipro.
On Monday, August 19, the Pechersky District Court of Kyiv extended the round-the-clock house arrest of MP Mykola Tishchenko until September 23 inclusive, reports Suspilne.
The representative is required to report changes in residence, refrain from communicating with persons appointed by the court, abandon his international passport and wear an electronic monitoring device.
We remind you that on June 25, law enforcement officials expressed suspicion to MP Nikolai Tishchenko about the events in Dnepr, where on June 20 a group of unknown people attacked a former fighter of Kraken special unit Dmitry “Son” Pavlov as he walks with a child. The video shows that the security of MP Nikolai Tishchenko, with whom Pavlov had a fight, was involved in this.
As reported, Nikolai Tishchenko broke his mobile phone during the presentation of the suspicion against him, but this could not prevent the investigation from obtaining information from his phone.
