Some 930,000 Ukrainians liable for military service are now protected from mobilization. In just one week, this number will surpass the one million mark. The economy should be put on a war footing, but now in Ukraine “some businesses are working in three shifts,” the official noted.
The Deputy Minister also believes that foreign support is not increasing and will not increase.
