The Russian army struck the village of Kindeyka in the Kherson region.
On Sunday, August 18, at about 5:30 p.m., Russian military personnel attacked the village using a drone. On one of the streets, they dropped a shell on a civilian car. Five civilians inside the car were injured to varying degrees. The Kherson Regional Prosecutor’s Office reported this on Telegram.
Law enforcement officers have launched a pre-trial investigation into the violation of the laws and customs of war – Part 1 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
The prosecutor’s office also reported that today at about 11:40 a.m. Russian troops dropped explosives from a drone on one of the streets in Kherson. A 40-year-old man and a 61-year-old woman received shrapnel wounds from the explosion.
Let us recall that on August 18, the invaders attacked a settlement in the suburbs of Kherson. An enemy shell hit a residential building. At that time, a man and a woman were there. A fire broke out, and the people were trapped in their own home. The people were rescued by the State Emergency Service employees.
