Mirnograd in Donetsk region continues to be destroyed by the Russian army.
On Sunday morning, August 18, the invaders shelled the city with artillery. First, the Russians hit a private house – a woman born in 1941 was killed. Another 56-year-old local resident was injured. The strike damaged three houses. The head of the Donetsk OVA Vadim Filashkin reported this on Facebook.
And during the second artillery shelling, a shell landed next to a car. As a result, a 44-year-old man died. Six more private houses were damaged.
The head of the region also reported that the curfew in the cities of Mirnohrad and Selidovo in the Pokrovsky district has been extended – it will now be in effect daily from 15:00 to 11:00. The changes will come into effect tomorrow, August 19.
I call on everyone who still remains in these cities to comply with the restrictions and not expose themselves to danger,” Filashkin emphasized.
Let us recall that on August 17, Russian aviation struck a multi-story building and a supermarket in Mirnograd with a guided bomb. Almost nothing remained of the multi-story building that the enemy bomb hit. There were dead and wounded.
