“This strike, according to preliminary data, is almost identical to the previous two, according to verified information, the Russians, for the third time in a row, are likely to use North Korean ballistic missiles of the type KN-23 , the forces and means of our air defense did not allow the enemy to achieve their goal and hit Kyiv,” stressed the head of the KGVA, Sergei Popko.
According to preliminary data, the ballistic missiles were hit on the approach to Kyiv. In addition, almost simultaneously with ballistics, several Russian UAV attacks approached Kyiv.
“But our air defense soldiers ensured in advance that the people of Kiev did not even hear the sounds of combat work. All enemy drones were destroyed outside the city,” Popko pointed out.
He also added that currently no damage has been reported in the capital, and no casualties have been reported.
We remind you that an air raid alert was announced in Kyiv around five o’clock in the morning. Later, explosions were heard in the capital.
