Health Minister Viktor Lyashko has appointed an acting general director of the Okhmatdet children’s hospital.
He was Alexander Urin, who currently heads the intensive and efferent therapy department for acute intoxications at Okhmatdet. Lyashko reported this on his Facebook page today, August 17.
According to Lyashko, he made this decision after meeting with hospital staff.
I am convinced that the hospital staff trusts him (Urin – ed.), – the minister noted. – For my part, I will also support in every way the decisions that will make Okhmatdet even better, and we have developed quite a few of them today.
Earlier today it became known that the general director of Okhmatdet, Vladimir Zhovnir, was suspended from his duties.
