Male conscripts abroad who have not updated their data will not be able to obtain driver’s licenses or register vehicles.

    .

This is stated in the Cabinet of Ministers resolution.

In addition, international post offices will not forward driver’s licenses and vehicle registration certificates.

According to the document, such conscripts will also not be able to register vehicles or deregister them.

All of the above services will not be provided to male citizens of Ukraine aged 18 to 60 years, for whom the Unified State Register of Conscripts, Persons liable for Military Service and Reservists does not contain information on exclusions from military registration or who have not specified their military registration data.
