In Ukraine, by the end of the week, restrictions will be introduced on card-to-card transfers for individuals as part of the fight against shadow schemes. This was said by the head of the National Bank of Ukraine Andrey Pyshny. According to him, this requirement is related to the fight against shadow financial transactions, known as drops, when fraudsters buy personal data from ordinary citizens and open bank cards. According to Pyshny, several meetings were held with volunteers, after which the level of discussion dropped.
The purpose of the operation of the Ukrainian Defense Forces in the Kursk region of the Russian Federation is not to occupy foreign territories, but to preserve the lives of our people and protect the territory of Ukraine from Russian attacks, said spokesman of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Georgy Tikhy. “I want to emphasize that, unlike Russia, Ukraine does not need other people, Ukraine is not interested in taking the territory of the Kursk region, but we want to protect the lives of our people,” said Tikhy.
The Ukrainian Armed Forces are located 40 kilometers from Kursk. This is stated in the code of the Russian Ministry of Defense. Against the backdrop of these statements, the Black Swan unit of the 225th OSB published a video on social networks from a new settlement in the Kursk region – Lyubimovka (45 kilometers from Kursk).
Meanwhile, President Vladimir Zelensky said 74 settlements are under Ukrainian control in the Kursk region of the Russian Federation. Inspections and stabilization measures are carried out there. The development of humanitarian solutions for these territories is ongoing.

In some lines the Defense Forces will dig in. Taking control of the city of Sudzha was also confirmed. However, the industrial area of this settlement has not yet been explored.
In the Khmelnitsky region, a bus carrying 19 children and four adults overturned. The accident killed a 12-year-old girl and an adult. Based on preliminary data, the driver lost control and caused the vehicle to overturn.
