The head of EU diplomacy, Josep Borrell, said that on Tuesday, August 13, he discussed with the head of the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry Dmitry Kuleba the offensive of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the Kursk region and emphasized that the EU is “fully supportive of the struggle of the Ukrainian people.” He wrote about it in his X.
“I discussed with Dmitry Kuleba the latest events on the front and the counter-offensive of Kursk I confirmed the full support of the EU in the struggle of the Ukrainian people Putin failed to break Ukraine’s resistance to his unjust aggression, and now he is forced to retreat deep into Russian territory,” said Borrell.
As reported, on Tuesday, Foreign Minister Dmitry Kuleba discussed with Borrell the expansion of weapons production, as well as the details of Ukraine’s operation in the Kursk region of the Russian Federation.
