There is a shortage of drinking water in the Russian army.
Thus, some units of the occupation forces fighting in Ukraine are probably experiencing a severe shortage of drinking water. Russian strikes on public utilities almost certainly lead to interruptions in the aggravated water supply due to hot weather. Therefore, the occupiers themselves are suffering from thirst. The UK Ministry of Defence reported this on the social network X.
The report says that in July, a Russian so-called military correspondent reported that the water ration for Russian pilots had been limited to one liter per day. That is equivalent to a quarter of the minimum recommended water requirement for operation in high temperatures.
The occupiers had to ask local residents for water, and if there was none, they had to improvise and filter water from standing puddles.
However, this has caused the invaders to become ill with infectious diseases. The British are confident that this will have an impact on the morale and operational efficiency of the Russians.
Let us recall that in July, British intelligence reported that the losses of the Russian Federation in the war against Ukraine in May and June had increased significantly. The average daily losses of the aggressor country in killed and wounded in May and June amounted to 1,262 and 1,163 infidels, respectively.
