The Volyn Regional Territorial Center for Recruitment and Social Support (TCS) has begun sending summonses by mail to reservists and conscripts.
The speaker of the regional shopping center Ulyana Kravchuk told about this in a comment to the Public. The summons to update the data is sent by registered mail to the address indicated by the conscript, or to his last place of registration.
According to the speaker, the day of receipt of the registered letter is the confirmation of the subpoena. This is evidenced by a document from the postal operator.
Such a summons (sent by registered mail) will be considered duly served even if the addressee, for some reason, was unable to receive it, noted Ulyana Kravchuk.
The regional TCC also added: if a conscript fails to appear at the Territorial Recruitment Center on a certain date after receiving the letter, he will be subject to administrative liability. The district TCCs also send the decision to impose a fine by registered mail.
