On the night of Tuesday, August 13, Russian invaders attacked the city of Bakhmach, Chernihiv region. The enemy hit civilian infrastructure. This was announced by the head of the military administration of the Chernigov region, Vyacheslav Chaus.
“The enemy is again attacking the civilian infrastructure of the region,” the official wrote.
The head of the Chernigov police department added that Russia is a terrorist. The official did not provide any other details.
Local residents of Bakhmach reported hearing explosions in the city at approximately 11:35 pm
Note that the message about the strike on Bakhmach appeared after the air raid warning was announced in the area. Before this, the command of the Air Force of the Ukrainian Armed Forces was informed about the detection of Russian attack drones in the skies over the region.
The intelligence of the British Ministry of Defense showed footage of the destruction in the town of Bakhmut in the Donetsk region, which was destroyed due to the Russian invasion.
