The United States government should offer retired F-16 pilots to help Ukraine in its war against Russia.
US Republican Senator Lindsey Graham said this in Kyiv.
Retired F-16 pilots willing to fight for freedom could be recruited by Ukraine. The Ukrainians will look to NATO countries for willing retired pilots to help them until Ukraine trains its own pilots.
This way, Kyiv will be able to use the F-16 aircraft transferred from its allies earlier, while its pilots are undergoing training.
We need to be fully involved. I’m going to raise this issue.
I will ask President Biden: Before you leave office, make sure that this invitation is extended,” Graham said.
