Ukraine’s Charge d’Affaires in Belarus Olga Timush was summoned to the country’s Foreign Ministry after the President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko himself announced that Ukrainian drones were allegedly spotted in Belarus.
According to Belta, the Ukrainian diplomat “was given a strong protest and a corresponding note was sent in connection with the violation of the border of the Republic of Belarus by a group of unmanned aerial vehicles launched from the territory of Ukraine.”
“It is especially said that if the diplomatic mission of Ukraine in Belarus does not influence the prevention of such provocations, the Belarusian side will raise the question of the advisability of its further presence in Minsk,” the publication said.
Earlier it was reported that Belarus will transfer the Iskanders and Polonaises to the Ukrainian border.
We remind you that Lukashenko announced the “high combat readiness” of Belarusian troops due to the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
