Russian invaders yesterday, August 9, at 11:05 a.m. launched a missile attack on a hypermarket in the city of Konstantinovka in the Donetsk region. As of this morning, August 10, the death toll is 14 people, 43 people are injured.
Among the dead, two children were identified – girls aged nine and 11, the press service of the Prosecutor General’s Office reported.
Examinations are ongoing to identify the identities of another 6 people, including, probably, 1 child, the department said.
According to preliminary information, the Russians hit the city with an Kh-38 missile.
Investigative actions are currently ongoing. The number of victims is being clarified. A criminal case has been opened for violation of the laws and customs of war (Part 2 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code).
